The Libyan Paralympic Committee has signed a cooperation agreement with the German university city of Cottbus in Brandenburg.
The agreement aims to set up training camps for national teams in Germany, provide sports equipment, rehabilitate persons with disabilities, and treat sports injuries.
It was signed in Germany by the Chairman of Libyan Paralympics Khalid Al-Rgaibi and Henry Crescini, the Personal Assistant to Cottbus Mayor.
