The Libyan Football Federation (LFF) Saturday announced the dates for the postponed matches from the first round of the Libyan Football League.

The LFF competition committee published on the LFF Facebook page the dates, stadiums, and the referee teams to run the matches.

The matches were postponed due to the participation of several players in the African Nations Cup championship for the national football team of local-based players in Cameroon.

The first match will kick off on Thursday at the Benina Stadium between both Benghazi teams of Al-Ahly and Al-Hilal.

Meanwhile, the Tripoli International Stadium will host on Friday the match between Al-Ittihad and Khoms, while Al-Suwehli and its guest Al-Madina will be playing on the grounds of Misrata Stadium.

As for Saturday, the former tournament champions Al-Nasr will play against Nujoom Ajdabiya in Benghazi, while Al-Ahly Tripoli will face Al-Mahalla on the Tripoli Stadium grounds.

It is noteworthy that the season started with Al-Wehda's 3-0 victory over Abu Salim, Al-Ittihad Al-Misrati defeated Al-Shat 2-1, while the Olympic met al-Rafeeq  in the second group, but both teams failed to score any goals.

As for the first group, al-Akhdar beat Al-Sadaqia 2-0, al-Tahddi gained a victory against Anwar 1-0, while Khalij Sirte beat Al-Taawan 2-0 and Darnes settled with a 1-1 draw with Shabab al-Jabal.
