Al Ittihad team won Libya Handball Cup Friday for the eighth time in its history after defeating Al Ahli Benghazi in the finals by four goals (30-26).
Al-Ittihad played a strong first half and broke away from the opponent by 14 -11. The second half Al-Ittihad continued to take the lead, finishing the match with (30-26).
Last month, Al-Ittihad won the Libyan handball League for the tenth time in its history, taking hold of two titles in one season and declaring its dominance on the Libyan handball.
