Victory over Nigerian Enyimba in the 5th round of the CAF Confederation Cup moves Al-Ahly Benghazi to second place in the first group of the competition.

Al-Ahly defeated Enyimba of Nigeria 1-0 at the Benina Martyrs Stadium on Thursday evening.

With this victory, Al-Ahly raised its score to seven points, while Enyimba remains in third place with six points.

South African Orlando Pirates top the group with 9 points, and Algerian ES Setif settles with 5 points.

Al-Ahly Benghazi will face host ES Setif in the final round, in a match that will determine the quarter-final qualifier.
