Al-Ahli Tripoli has secured a precious win over the Moroccan Fath Union Sport at the CAf Champions League's second round of qualifiers.

Al-Ahli Tripoli scored two goals in the match that was held at Tunisia's Al-Manzah Stadium on Sunday.

Although Fath Union Sport was performing well at the first half of the match, Al-Ahli had its first goal scored mistakenly by the Moroccan player Nayef Saqir at the minute 44.

Al-Ahli's Salim Abdo scored the second goal to give his team a relief before the second leg match that will take place in Morocco.

Libya's champion, Al-Ahli Tripoli has placed itself closer to the round-of-16 of the CAF Champions League as it would be enough for it to draw or lose by one goal ahead against the Moroccan team.

The second leg match will take place in Rabat, Morocco, after one week from now.
