Al-Ahli Benghazi won 1-0 against Al-Nasser in Benghazi’s derby match as part of the Group A of the Libyan Soccer League at Benina Martyrs Stadium on Sunday.

Al-Ahli’s goal was scored at the minute 12 and then the match saw some attempts to tie the score by Al-Nasser, but Al-Ahli Benghazi managed to control the ball most of the time to finish the match with three points.

Al-Ahli Benghazi now tops Group A with 7 points from three matches, while Al-Nasser has now 6 points.

Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad beat Al-Sweihli in a Group B match 3-0 at Misrata Stadium thus becoming top of the group with 9 points from three matches, while Al-Sweihli remained at 6 points.

Al-Ahli Tripoli won its first Libyan Soccer League match this season as it beat Al-Ittihad Misrata 3-2, thus winning three points and raising from the bottom of the group.
