Notorious Dignity Operation commander Mahmud Al-Wirrfalli, a close ally of Khalifa Haftar, has released a new disturbing video showing murder of four captives during the holy month of Ramadan.
The video was posted on social media on Friday with Jihad Nasheed (religious song) is played in the background. He claimed that the four captives were “terrorists.”
Following the footsteps of ISIS execution, the radical commander is seen in the video delivering a religious sermon before ordering his militiamen to shot the four kneeling captives in the head at point-blank range.
Al-Wirrfalli is a serial killer who has committed several extrajudicial executions. Instead of investigating these actions, Dignity Operation Command promoted Al-Wirrfalli from captain to major.
Dignity Operation and its media outlets are used to accuse their opponents of being terrorists.
