Turkey decides to impose visa on Libyan nationals, Alnabaa TV reported today quoting Libya's ambassador to Turkey as saying.

Ambassador Abdul-Razzaq Mukhtar said the Turkish authorities informed him orally about the decision today and he is waiting for a note verbale in this regard.

Libya Observer has learned from sources at the Foreign Ministry in Tripoli that the Libyan Embassy in Ankara has already received an official note from the Turkish Foreign Ministry saying a visa would be imposed on Libyan nationals as from 25 September 2015.

The new Turkish decision would annul a MoU signed between both countries in 2009 to cancel visa requirements on both countries' nationals.
