Most frontlines in south Tripoli are seeing an uneasy calm amid some sporadic exchanges of artillery shelling and covert mobilization of forces by both sides of the conflict.

Meanwhile, Khalifa Haftar's artillery launchers attempted to target Government of National Accord's (GNA) Libyan Army forces on Airport Road frontline, but the GNA forces responded with heavy artillery shelling.

A source from Brigade 166 under the command of GNA said they had targeted an operations room for the foreign mercenaries of Haftar's forces in Qasir Benghashir, plus an ammo depot and several tanks, saying Haftar forces' losses were massive.

While on Al-Khallatat frontline, Brigade 301 targeted a military vehicle that was trying to advance, a source from the Brigade said, adding they had destroyed it and killed all fighters inside it.

Likewise, Haftar's forces attempted to advance on GNA forces in Al-Gawiya in southern Garabulli, but after hours of clashes, Haftar's forces withdrew without any advance.

The spokesman for the Libyan Army Mohammed Gununu said Saturday that they had destroyed a Grad launcher that was attacking Mitiga Airport in Tripoli and the civilian areas in the capital, confirming that their forces will respond to any violations of the ceasefire by Haftar's forces.
