Tobruk Parilment member Abu Baker Biaira said that the UN envoy Martin Kobler was not flexible enough and he was heading in the process of implementing the political accord set up by his predecessor Bernardino Leon with its mistakes.

Speaking to Alghad Alarabi TV, Biaira added that the international community refuses the Libyan-Libyan dialogue and wanted to impose the Skhirat accord by force, indicating that the Libyan people would not accept any dictations or trusteeship from any party.

Meanwhile, the Chief of Defense Committee in Tobruk Parliament Ali Al-Tikbali, declared Haftar's army as a red line.

"Whether you like it or not, the existing army will be a red line and a big part of the dialogue." He said.

He indicated on Karama TV that reliable sources had informed him that Khalifa Haftar would remain top army commander and would be appointed as Minister of Defense in Sirraj government.

Speaking about the security arrangements to the UN-imposed government, Al-Tikbali revealed that two brigades of the former regime and police forces would make a security cordon in Tripoli to protect Sirraj government, while the trusted militias, as he described them, would make the third cordon.

"The GNC army must be dissolved if we want to build the state." He noted.

Last week, Cyrenaica elders and notables said they would back the Skhirat political agreement and UN-imposed government of Fayaz Sirraj if Khalifa Haftar remained in office.
