The Tunisian city of Sfax is gearing up to host the Tunisian-Libyan Economic Forum next Thursday, under the slogan "The Forum of Hope and Challenge to Build an Integrated Economy."

A statement by the Tunisian-Libyan Business Council said that the forum organized by the council comes within the framework of its efforts to explore investment opportunities in African countries at the level of Tunisian and Libyan businessmen with the participation of a large number of businessmen, investors, and officials from both countries.

For his part, the head of the regional office of the Tunisian-African Business Council, Mohamed Lahiani, said in statements to the Tunisian Al-Zaytouna Channel, that the third edition of the forum will focus on developing trade exchange, industrial, and service investments between the two countries.

The forum will also be an opportunity to review the problems and difficulties facing businessmen and means to solve them, including the challenges of the transport and logistics sector, in addition to issues related to the financial and banking sector.
