The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) said it was ready to hold a session to unite the Tripoli and Tobruk parliaments in any Libyan city that harbors no foreign forces or mercenaries, adding that the session should be attended by local and international monitors.

The HoR said Wednesday that the members are committed to dealing with the confidence-granting session for the Government of National Unity positively, including conducting an online session if the in-person attendance couldn't convene on time.

The HoR also urged the Security Council to publish the panel of experts' report about bribery allegations against Libyan Political Dialogue Forum members, calling on the Prime Minister-elect Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah to commit his cabinet selection to qualifications and geopolitical area.

"We hope LPDF outcomes help unite state institutions and achieve national reconciliation and social justice, including the return of IDPs, bringing to justice those responsible for mass graves and other crimes." The HoR added.
