Prime Minister of Tobruk Government Abdullah Al-Thani has resigned. Angered by a set of questions in an interview on Libya Channel Tuesday night, Al-Thani said his would step down.

"I officially resign and I will submit my resignation to the House of Representatives on Sunday," He told his interviewer. 

During the interview, Al-Thani was faced with many questions from citizens in the eastern region, where he has control, blaming him for being responsible for the lack of basic services and the deterioration of security situations there.
