Vice President of the Presidential Council (PC), Abdullah Al-Lafi, received Sunday dignitaries and officials from Tarhuna to discuss the file of the missing and unidentified bodies.

A post by the PC on Facebook said the delegation praised the PC's efforts toward national reconciliation, which "aims to achieve stability, and pave the way for an electoral process that the Libyan people aspire to."

Al-Lafi reiterated the PC's support for all efforts aimed at disclosing the fate of the missing and confirmed they are working to solve the difficulties in this regard.

He said Tarhuna has an active role in making the national reconciliation a success by placing the security and stability of Libya among its priorities.

The PC vice-president was briefed on the difficulties that impede the provision of services to Tarhuna residents and vowed to work to overcome all obstacles in coordination with the relevant authorities.
