Head of UN-installed Presidency Council Fayaz Sirraj and US President Donald Trump held a meeting Sunday on the sidelines of Arab-Islamic-American Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

According to the PC media office, the meeting focused on the fight against terrorism.
Sirraj also held a separate meeting with US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, who reiterated his country’s support for an inclusive solution that brings stability again to Libya.

In his speech in Riyadh Summit, Sirraj called on the international community to put an end to the negative intervention of some countries in Libya’s internal affairs by supporting one side over another.

“I tell them; hands off Libya, we have had enough of suffering,” he said.

Sirraj has been invited to visit the White House to meet with Trump next June according to a report by The New Arab news website, citing sources from Sirraj's government.
