The Prime Minister-designate of the National Unity Government, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah has stated that his program, which will adhere to the principle of transparency, will be based on work in various cities, stressing that he would work to reduce centralization.

Dbeibah pledged to completely solve the electricity crisis within only six months, and to provide the Coronavirus vaccine as soon as possible, pointing out that the problem of liquidity shortage is on its way to be solved.

He also noted that the southern region will be among the priorities of his government's work, especially in the field of health and roads.

Regarding Libya's international relations, Dbeibah pledged to develop relations with the countries neighboring Libya, saying that “we will not interfere in their affairs and they will not interfere in our affairs”.
