Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj held Saturday separate meetings with the mayors of Zliten, Zuwara, and Sirte, to discuss security and service issues in their cities.

Al-Sarraj reviewed with Sirte mayor, the conditions of the families affected by the war on terrorism, which took place in the city during 2016.

They also highlighted the needs of the families who have recently fled to the city, because of the aggression on Tripoli.

The three meetings discussed ways to solve the bottlenecks faced by the service facilities and coordination mechanisms between the municipality and the relevant ministries, in order to complete a number of stalled projects.

Another main topic was the accumulation of garbage in the streets and the measures taken by the municipalities in this regard, after the transfer of competencies to municipalities.
