The remarks came on Thursday in a meeting in Tripoli with the Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sarraj, whom bid Baker farewell after his term had ended.

Baker hailed Libyans' understanding and appreciation of mutual relations with the UK, while Al-Sarraj commended the work done by the ambassador in development cooperation and other channels.
