The dialogue team of the General National Congress has arrived in Morocco to participate in the Skhirat political dialogue sponsored by the UNSMIL. The dialogue is to kick-start the sixth round today amid the UNSMIL’s urgent calls on the Libyan parties to assume the historical responsibility of preserving Libya’s national interest. The UNSMIL indicated that a military solution will by no means solve the Libyan crisis, so all parties must cling to every chance that leads to a political settlement, urging the Libyan political figures to get sincerely involved in the dialogue so that they reach a political concord and end the conflict. Today's round is to be attended by a number of officials such as the Ambassadors of the U.S, Russia, Lebanon, Qatar, and Egypt, where the Head of the UNSMIL is expected to hand in the final draft of the political solution for all parties.
