The Operation Room of Misrata’s Revolutionary Fighters has decided to stop basic supplies to IS-controlled regions.

In a statement on Saturday, the operation room said that food, fuel, medicine supplies to the regions, which are not under the control of the state, would be stopped and supply trucks to these regions would be seized.

“Any one sends food supplies, mobile prepaid cards or ammunition to IS, or gets involved in espionage acts for this group will be executed.” The statement warned.

The Room also extended night curfews around the city and closure of Misrata’s entrances from 10 pm until 7 a.m.
It also banned foreigners to drive at night between 12 pm to 7 a.m.

The Operation Room of Misrata’s Revolutionary Fighters was formed on June 07 following the recent IS attacks on the city’s checkpoints.
