The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) has elected Al-Sadiq Al-Kehili as an Interim Speaker, Musaab Al-Abed as a rapporteur and Hamouda Sayala as a media spokesman for 45 days.

The election was approved by 27 members out of 47 ones attending the session, which will be followed by more sessions on Monday and Tuesday then onward.

The session also condemned the Sabha attack of Saturday and reviewed the displaced people's issues, forming a committee to follow up on their needs.

The attendees also agreed to allow the boycotting members who haven't convened in Tobruk over the last years to join after taking the oath.

In the meantime, HoR member Mohammed Al-Reid said Saturday that he was in touch with several members who expressed willingness to join in Tripoli sessions, expecting more attendance in the coming sessions.
