The Libyan Prime Ministry of the Presidential Council reviewed latest developments in the first meeting in 2019, headed by Fayez Al-Sirraj.

The attendees discussed the issues lingering in southern Libya, saying security measures should be tackled well and the apparatuses working there should be receiving the needed funding and support to do their jobs.

The meeting also discussed transportation sector projects and the suspended ones in particular, proposing to open the sector for investments in order to resume projects in the country away from the Libyan public budget.

The attendees also reviewed the letters of credit and other investment opportunities for building new airports and other necessary projects in Libya.
