Libya's Foreign Minister, Mohamed Sayala has called on the Arab League to break its silence towards the Libyan crisis and take a clear position to stop the military support for the aggressor forces on Tripoli.

In his speech at the meeting of Arab League foreign ministers in Cairo, Sayala called on the countries supporting Haftar to overturn their negative trend and not to be dragged behind Haftar's allegations.

"The goal of Haftar's aggression is to re-establish the totalitarian and individual rule," Sayala said.

He added that Haftar showed disregard to all international resolutions including the Arab summit's decision in Tunis to move the political process forward.
