The Libyan Public Prosecutor, Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, lodged a criminal case at the court against 54 ISIS members for actions against Libyan state security inside and outside the country.

The media office of the Public Prosecutor said part of their work on evidence was done in these cases of ISIS members after military operations ended in Sirte and its surroundings.

It added that the 54 ISIS members are accused of being part of a banned organization and toppling the state constitutional system by violence as well as using explosives and weapons, destruction, murder and other acts against state institutions and officials, let alone attacks on state institutions' headquarters, security personnel and checkpoints as well as damaging or delaying work of oil facilities.

The media office said the files of the ISIS members would be presented at the court on July 27 before sending their cases to the criminal court.
