The Libyan-Libyan dialogue meeting rejected Monday Skhirat agreement and the government emanating therefrom.
Participants in Tripoli meeting called in a statement the selected committees of GNC and Tobruk Parliament to meet in 14 days' time to activate and amend the 1963 constitution and form a unity government to put an end to the political conflict in the country.
The participants also called for the formation of a 21-member committee of the delegates participating in the meeting in order to take part in forming the unity government.
"The media tendentious campaigns must be stopped," the statement reads, in a bid to pave the way for forming the government and achieving national reconciliation.
The Libyan-Libyan dialogue meeting was attended by delegates from the south, west and east.
