The Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Mangoush, met the ambassador of Turkey to Libya, Kenan Yilmaz, in Tripoli, discussing strengthening relations between the two countries.

Al-Mangoush reviewed with the Turkish ambassador the latest developments in the political situation in Libya, and issues of joint interest, agreeing to facilitate the issuance of visas for Turkish travelers to Libya for the age group from 16 to 55 years.

She also discussed measures to facilitate the issuance of long-term visas for businessmen from both countries, in addition to exchanging experiences and training programs between the Libyan and Turkish diplomatic institutes.

The Turkish ambassador reiterated Ankara's support for the Government of National Unity, and the efforts of the Foreign Minister to achieve stability in Libya.
