La'ali Women Charity Foundation in Jalu has sent a convoy of humanitarian aids containing 10 thousand pieces of clothes to the residents of Darfur, Sudan, via Jalu-Al-Kufra desert road.

The convoy supervisor, Mohammed Al-Mejibri, told the Libyan News Agency (LANA) that this cargo is the first convoy that includes women, men, and children’s wear collected over the past months by donors from Jalu city.

“What the Foundation does is recycle and package the clothes then sends them to several districts across the neighboring countries in which there are civil wars or natural disasters.” Al-Mejibri concluded.
