The Libyan army forces have monitored suspicious movements for Haftar's militia in the cities of Sirte and Jufra, said the spokesman for the Sirte-Jufra Operations Room of the Libyan army Al-Hadi Drah.

This comes just days after Haftar's attack on a military camp of the Government of National Accord forces based in Ubari, southern Libya.

Drah disclosed in a press statement that their forces tracked a Russian military plane landing in Al-Qardabiya base, in the city of Sirte.

"The plane was carrying weapons, ammunition, military hardware, and some soldiers." The military spokesman added.

This coincided with other reports confirming that 11 buses carrying Syrian mercenaries had left the eastern region towards Jufra, Drah indicated, stressing that Haftar's militias are continuing to mobilize mercenaries, weapons, and ammunition to the two regions of Sirte and Jufra.
