The UN envoy to Libya Martin Kobler said Friday Skhirat agreement is final and no way to new amendments.

Speaking in a press conference following his meeting with GNC President Abu Sahmain, Kobler said he visited Tripoli to urge Skhirat agreement boycotters to join in soon.

"The only legitimate bodies are the Presidential Council and the government." He said.

He indicated that he had proposed 5 principles to agree upon and that no parallel dialogues should be held.

"5 principles guide the way: LPA as basis, UN-facilitation, inclusiveness, peaceful transfer of power, Libyan ownership." He said.

"HoR president Aqailah Saleh has accepted the five principles, while here in Tripoli they still have some discussions on these points." He added.
