The spokesperson of the dissolved parliament, Faraj Bu Hashim, announced Thursday the parliament's rejection of the UNSMIL's fourth draft. Speaking in a press conference from Cairo, he described the draft, which seeks to solve the Libyan crisis, as "a coup on the dialogue track and the constitutional declaration." He added that his parliament agrees with the item that suggests a formation of a national unity government, but disagrees with the formation of a State's Supreme Council.
