Tobruk Parliament dissolved on Tuesday its dialogue team, which represented the parliament at the UN-sponsored dialogue, and decided to select a new one next week.

The parliament also failed to amend the constitutional declaration as per the Skhirat agreement due to lack of quorum.

On the other hand, four parliament boycotters have sworn in and joined the parliament sessions after 18 months of boycott.

Tobruk Parliament refused Monday to give confidence to the cabinet of UN- imposed government and demanded that article 8 of the additional provisions of political accord signed in Skhirat be cancelled.

Article 8 states that "all powers of the senior military, civil and security posts stipulated in the Libyan legislations and laws in force shall be transferred to the Presidency Council of the Council of Ministers immediately upon signing this Agreement."
