The High Council of State's (HCS) delegation to the Libyan dialogue as well as its Head Khalid Al-Mishri met Monday in Tripoli with senior leaders from the Volcano of Rage Operation of the Government of National Accord (GNA) to discuss dialogue tracks.

HCS media office said the meeting was attended by the commander of joint operations room Osama Juwiali, Tripoli military zone's commander Abdelbasit Marwan and senior leaders of the Volcano of Rage forces.

They discussed military developments and reiterated the need for a civilian state as well as reviewed the ongoing dialogues and the need to keep the national constants intact in those dialogues.

Last week, senior leaders from Volcano of Rage Operation met with the Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sarraj and expressed rejection to any talks that allow Haftar to remain in the political scene.

The meeting came as the UNSMIL announced the start of the fourth round of Libyan 5+5 military talks in Geneva with delegations from both parties to the conflict

UNSMIL said the deliberations of this round will continue until the 24th of this month, hoping that the two delegations will reach a solution to all outstanding issues in order to achieve a complete and permanent ceasefire across Libya.
