The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sarraj met Sunday with youths' representatives in a series of meetings he is holding to find a shared future vision for Libya after the end of the ongoing conflict.

Al- Sarraj's media office said the meeting saw Al- Sarraj reiterates that the youths must have their say in the current conflict in the country and that they should be given more leadership and decision-making positions.

He also urged them to provide their political views that could be used in a national project, which Al- Sarraj is trying to devise through his intensive meetings with different parts of Libya's society.

"Our forces will continue to fight the attackers until they are defeated. We can never allow Libya to lose hope of civilian and democratic state and we can never allow it to return to military rule." Al- Sarraj remarked.

On June 16, Al- Sarraj proposed an initiative to solve the conflict with six points that included an inter-Libyan conference in coordination with the UNSMIL, agreement on a constitutional basis for elections, joint committees under the auspices of the UN, activating non-centralism and other urgent measures.
