The Head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khalid Al-Mishri has described the forces under Khalifa Haftar's command as "an army without fixed ethics but only armed groups gasping for revenge," which will lead to more conflicts in Libya on the social level.

Al-Mishri added in an interview on Al-Araby TV Channel on Monday that what Dignity Operation forces have been doing since the launching of the operation is vendetta actions, describing the exhumation of graves by Haftar's forces "following up in the footsteps of Moammar Gaddafi and his crime in Al-Zawiya in February 2011."

He also said that the presence of Haftar's forces in southern Libya is an attempt to seize new positions and extend their military grip, not to prevail security sad they said.

"There are Chadian and Sudanese mercenaries as well as extremist groups committing crimes and kidnaps and most of them are in areas claimed to be under Haftar's control like Al-Jufra and Al-Harouj." Al-Mishri indicated.

Al-Mishri also told Al-Araby TV Channel that the UN panel of experts issued a report depicting violations of the UN arms embargo by Egypt and UAE and the building of a military base in Libya.

"The UN cannot help Libya overthrow Gaddafi and then leave this fragile state in the making for the war of interests of other countries." He said.

Al-Mishri added that the HCS is willing to partner with the international community for Libyans to remain free and live in a democratic country.
