Khalifa Haftar told French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche that the Head of the UNSMIL Ghassan Salame has turned into a biased mediator in the Libyan conflict.

Haftar added that the partition of Libya is what "our enemies want and maybe what Salame wants too," saying Salame is giving irresponsible statements about Libya's crisis.

Haftar also denied any arms support from the UAE or Egypt, despite evidence from UN panels of exports' report and statements by Haftar's senior leaders on different occasions in videos or TV interviews.

He also slammed Qatar and Turkey and accused them of sending arms and ammunition to Libyan army forces under Presidential Council's command.

Haftar's attack on Tripoli has been ongoing since April 04, with over 500 killed, 0ver 2000 injured and over 78.000 displaced, let alone the massive destruction caused in the areas of fighting.
