Hundreds of Tajoura residents marched Sunday to Tripoli’s Martyrs’ Square to commemorate the 7th anniversary of February 25 protest against former regime of Gaddafi.
In 2011, thousands of Tajoura locals, joined by residents of neighboring districts of Arada and Souq Aljomaa took their way to then-Green Square chanting freedom, revolution and anti-regime slogans.
In the middle of their way, Gaddafi forces dispersed them by fire, leaving many dead and injured.
