Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah on Wednesday paid a visit to the neighbourhoods of Ain Zara district south of Tripoli to get an insight into the damage caused to the houses and property as a result of Haftar's aggression on Tripoli.

A statement by the GNU information office said that Dbeibah spoke to the local people who voiced their needs and demands for the immediate return to their homes.

The Prime Minister ensured the residents that a financial fund would be created to support those affected, in addition to completing the clearance and demining process to ensure a safe return for all IDPs of Tripoli.

Dbeibah was accompanied by the Minister of Transport, Housing and Utilities and the Minister of Local Government, in addition to the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs, the Mayor of Municipal Ain Zara, and the head of the Public Services Company.
