The UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, said he is positive that initializing the draft by the Libyan parties would bring about a possible agreement, which he thinks should come in effect in no time.

In a statement issued by Ban Ki-moon’s spokesperson, he said that this agreement is a sign of political willingness and bravery that puts the country at the threshold of resolving the current crisis, calling on Libyans to push forth the political transitional process keeping hold of their unity through the forming of a national unity government as the draft suggests.
