The Algerian Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Trade (ALGEX) has confirmed the participation of economic operators in the International Fair for Free Zones in Misrata, Libya.

The event is expected to take place from 28 to 29 June, under the supervision of the Minister of Economy and Trade in the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Hawij.

The exhibition aims to introduce the free zones and highlight their importance, besides identifying investment opportunities and cooperation in inter alia, industry, trade, import and export, logistics, information, communication technology, banking, insurance, and transportation.

The event will also allow stakeholders to discuss activating free zones and transit trade and identify promising investment opportunities.

It may be worth noting that Tripoli hosted from six to nine Jun the (Made in Algeria) exhibition, with the participation of more than 120 Algerian economic operators.
