The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj has met with the Head of the High Council of State Khalid Al-Mishri and other council members to discuss a post-war vision that can recover Libya from years of conflict.

Al-Sarraj stressed in the meeting on the need for constitutions and that the attack is not only on Tripoli but also on the dreams of all Libyans of having a civilian state, adding that the attack constitutes an insult to the February revolution.

He reiterated that the attack must be defeated and the attackers must be brought to justice for the violations they have committed, referring to the need to pursue with the political process and the initiative he proposed.

"We are here to devise a vision that pertains to the needs and desires of all Libyans so that we can come up with a national project for the period that follows the end of the conflict." Al- Sarraj said.

Meanwhile, Al-Mishri said the HCS and PC as well as the House of Representatives are working harmoniously to find a shared vision for achieving stability in Libya, adding that the aim is a national solution that ends the crisis.
