Tripoli Court of Appeal adjourned Sunday morning the trial of Al-Saadi Gaddafi, son of slain dictator to March 13.

The public session was attended by the court chairperson and members, the General Attorney, the defendant’s lawyers and the defendant himself behind bars.

The adjourning call came after a request from the defense lawyers for the preparation of pleadings as well as because of the General Attorney’s request about verifying the document given by the defense lawyers that stated the death of the second suspect in the case yet keeping the first suspect in jail.

According to the Attorney General charges, Al-Saadi faces many crime and felony accusations related to kidnap, rape, abuse, ill-use of job occupation, supporting and sponsoring armed groups to eradicate February revolution by recruiting mercenaries.
