President of the High Council of State (HCS) Khaled Al-Mishri emphasized that talks at Moroccan Bouznika focused on activating Article 15 of the Skhirat Agreement related to the sovereign positions, but did not include identifying the names of the post holders.

Al-Mishri denied during a press conference discussing transferring sovereign institutions outside the capital, nor the PC's structure or the mechanism for choosing its members, describing the news circulated in this regard as baseless and intend "to obstruct the dialogue."

The HCS head stressed their adherence to settle the crisis through dialogue, saying it will contribute to building confidence and end the division in the country.

He expressed hope that these developments would lay the ground for a constitutional referendum and end the transitional phase with fair and transparent elections, underscoring their readiness to face other options if imposed on them.
