A Congolese family was reunited in Tripoli on Wednesday after a long search by Tripoli Illegal Immigration Agency.

The Agency reported that a Congolese woman and her daughter, who are staying at Tripoli’s Sikkah Road Shelter was reunited with her husband and their other daughter who were staying at Janzour Shelter, west of Tripoli.

The moment of the meeting was described as very touching and brought uncontrollable emotions of tears and joy to the family and Agency’s staff.

Later the family was released to enjoy their life in Tripoli. 

The Tripoli Illegal Immigration Agency commended the work of its staff, indicating that their job is not limited solely to security means, but also for humanitarian and social aspects.
