The Zillah Association for Arts and Heritage organized a celebration to mark the third year of its founding.
The ceremony included several entertaining events that highlight the diverse heritage of the southern region of myriad dance forms and folklore shows for which the region is known.
The festival activities were organized and performed by local clubs and civil society institutions, who showcased the customs, traditions of their community, including the traditional "Zillah" wedding.
The organizers indicated that their goal was to bring excitement and joy to their society amid the difficult conditions Libya is experiencing, besides the grim pandemic that is still gripping the country.
