The UN Special Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams received an invitation Saturday from Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov to visit Moscow for talks on Libya.
Williams is expected to arrive in Moscow on Monday, January 17, after a visit to Turkey that lasted for several days.
The UN Rep. had confirmed earlier that there are different views on the political process, and there is no single dominant opinion in Libya.
The United Nations is involved in this political process and understands the complexities of each option, Williams says, stressing that it will always be a Libyan decision.
