The Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Libya, Stephanie Williams, has welcomed the second meeting between the Libyan Chief of General Staff, Mohammed Al-Haddad, and the Khalifa Haftar forces’ Chief of Staff, Abdel Razek Al-Nadori.
In a tweet, Williams reiterated the United Nations' support for all efforts made at various levels to unify the military institution.
