The Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Libya, Stephanie Williams, has discussed with the Italian Ambassador to Libya Giuseppe Buccino, the current situation in Libya and the importance of supporting a viable constitutional/electoral track in order to enable the holding of elections in the shortest timeframe possible

Both sides agreed the necessity of ensuring that all international efforts on Libya are coordinated to uphold the Libyan-led process while maintaining calm on the ground, Williams tweeted.
