The President of the World Islamic Call Society (WICS), Salah Salem, held all the political bodies responsible for the dire situation of the organization.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Aqila Saleh has unilaterally assigned a new president for the WICS, which led to confusion and chaos in the organization's functioning, Salem explained in a press conference, stressing that the WICS is of public interest and should be spared conflicts and political disputes, as he put it.
He also pointed out that the new president appointed by Aqila Saleh is still practicing his work despite the refusal of several official bodies of his appointment, including the Court and administrative oversight, calling on the Presidential Council to find a solution to the crisis.
