392 people have been killed and about 2,000 wounded in the ongoing armed clashes south of Tripoli, according to the latest count of The World Health Organization (WHO).

"The number of displaced due to these clashes has risen to about 50 thousand people distributed between Tripoli and other cities in the western region," WHO tweeted.

The southern suburbs of Tripoli are still witnessing armed clashes between the Libyan army forces and militias of war criminal Khalifa Haftar since early April.
