The World Health Organization (WHO) confirmed that the number of casualties in Tripoli's war has increased to 254 fatalities and 1228 wounded since the outbreak of the fighting.

The organization disclosed that it had conducted 152 surgical operations, including 89 major surgeries for those wounded on the battlefield.

The war entered its nineteenth day without a solution in sight, where a ceasefire or a near term solution seems to be unreachable.
